## Fetch problems

- dec.ny.gov state-land-rules and Catskills pages returned HTTP 403 to curl; the canisters page was read via WebFetch; the Catskills page was never read.
- Several USFS alert pages did not show a 'last updated' date in the text I captured (recorded as 'date not captured').
